PG Lakers - Bucks Take Care of Business

Post#1 » by MickeyDavis » Fri Mar 14, 2025 2:01 am

Took control in the third and never let them back in the game.

KPJ very good. Sims good. Dame 22/6/10. Brook 23/4/5. Trent had 16. Luka 1/6 when Kuzma was the primary defender.

No such thing as a perfect win but I'm not going to nitpick this one. Solid win.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

KPJ with a 3pt percentage buster game. He is very spazzy but he is better defensively than I thought. The blks were a nice surprise.

The Bucks have really spread the scoring around in their wins over the last 10 - 15 games.

I think Giannis is coasting right now on both ends, but especially on defense. Hopefully, the Bucks will lock up the 4th spot before Portis get back so he can get a 2 - 4 game break.

JFC

I know KPJr seldomly shoots the 3, so tonight's game was an exception, but so far for us he's averaging: 10/3/3 and 1 steal in 16 minutes per night on 52/46/86 shooting splits...
Damn.

Porter Jr taking and making threes is a big deal if he can continue that the rest of the season. Pretty ho hum game otherwise but glad we stopped the losing.

I only saw parts of the game but seems Doc was leaving Dame out there for the non-Giannis minutes instead of Kuz running the show. Or did i miss it?

Yeah he stopped starting the 2nd and 4th with both on the bench a couple games ago.

Well rounded scoring night. Beat a team we should have. Good news.

It was nice to see us fend off their attempts at a run with great shooting. If we didn’t have dumb mistakes we’d have won by 30-40. Luka played out of his mind and boy did he get a nice whistle tonight.

Also so funny to see guys get mad at Giannis’ bully ball. Get bigger little boys.
