There is a very good chance D Wade is going to opt out of signing long-term with the Miami Heat. He has a number of connections to the area and his hometown is just an hour and a half from Milwaukee.
If I were making long term plans... I would be maneuvering to to make a serious run at acquiring D Wade from the Heat.
Redd could/should be part of that type of equation.

The **** are you talking about? Wade already signed a contract extension and can't opt out of it until after the 2009/2010 season.
