If Mo is successful at playing the 2 spot and Ivey running the show, does this make Redd more expendable? Could this be a permanent solution?

The only show Ivey can run is head cheerleader from the bench.

Ivey is a good 3rd string PG...

No.
But it could be a part of a potential "2-3 minutes with all 3 guys on the court at once" sort of setup.

This place has pretty much turned into the ESPN boards, stellar.

Sorry guys, all I really wanted to know is if you think Mo could be the Bucks future SG. I know Ivey is a career backup at best.

I was actually wondering if Mo at SG could be a legit, long-term solution. Use Redd to acquire a PG to man the position until the end of the season then go hard after your PG of the future in the offseason.

No, his lack of size would be a long-term problem there. On a better team, I'd rather have Mo fill the role that Ben Gordon does in Chicago.

Mo will never be a starting SG in this league. He's 6'1 and would get absolutely pounded night in and night out by the opposing SG. He can't even guard PGs now. Could you imagine Mo Williams on Kobe Bryant?

I think this would only show us how big the difference is between Mo and Redd creating their own opportunities. Plus defense.
