I don't think this will happen we would have to give Collins a lot more power than Harris has ever gotten. I remember reading a post a while ago that GAD posted that went into a breif heirchy of who is in charge of the Bucks. Until Kohl let's Collins has a lot more power I think he will decline even at 2 mil a year is Kohl is willing to pay that.
