Bynum Injures Knee

Post#1 » by paul » Mon Jan 14, 2008 4:27 am

Maybe us posting a thread on him was bad luck. Bynum just went down in the lakers game after landing on someones foot and buckling his knee. X-rays apparantly are negative but he is 'in extreme pain' in the locker room and will be taken for an MRI. Let's hope it's not too serious.

Oops. I can't imagine it being anything too dramatic, at least I hope not. Oden may not completely live upto his potential due to injury, it'd be a shame if the same happened to Bynum.

Gasol's line in that game- 21 points, 18 boards, 8 assists, 4 blocks!

Griz should have won that game....I was laughing at how even the Lakers color man said Memphis got jobbed and that Lowry needed to get the foul call on his drive with two seconds left.

Was gonna say the same thing. Kwame jumped so straight away gave up defensive position, was in the zone and bumped lowry to the ground, and no call. Hometown reffing at it's best, they'd be furious. They prob should have won anyway, navarro missed two ft's in the last minute for the go-ahead.

That would hurt, lost by 1 point and hit 7/11 free throws whilst the other guys hit 20/28. Kobe picked up 14 points from the line.

Well, now it's clear that Bogut is better than Bynum

Its too bad. He was playing so well and seems like a good kid who has taken a ton of criticism and morphed it into motivation.
