Thats not that bad if we get an unprotected first for next year and get to dump Bobby
I'd rather do this though
I'd rather do this though
Successful Trade Scenario
Congratulations on a successful trade.
Due to Orlando and Milwaukee being over the cap, the 25% trade rule is invoked. Orlando and Milwaukee had to be no more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

I agree the Magic probably wouldn't bite although I don't think it's a terrible offer. That speaks volumes about Villanueva that he couldn't even fetch back Hedo in a trade.

I'm new to this board, usually from the Magic board.
I just wanted to gauge interest and perception from Bucks fans. It seems like the Bucks front office has put everyone (with exception of Bogut and Yi) on the trading block.
From what I've gathered, it looks like the majority of Bucks fans want Gadzuric and Simmons gone because of their current salary situation. Charlie Villanueva seems the easiest to package with them. But what I'm interested in is the feeling, from a Buck fan's perception, toward Charlie Bell.
From looking at the previous trade, I was looking at Turkoglu for CV and Charlie Bell (maybe a lottery protected draft pick, but that might be too much)...

Another Bucks' fan who wants to 'save money and get picks.'
Oh Lord ...
help save us from ...us.
THAT tiresome approach
DON'T WIN NO GAMES and get in us the playoffs...SON!
Even in the weak East!
Forget saving money and draft picks! Spend money and trade draft picks!
They should do just the opposite!
What do you think this is?
It is time to WIN...NOW! Like the Brewers and Packers who have competant people in descision making positions, it is time to win now.
Why is this franchise always in a perputual rebuilding and reloading mode and trading to get bad players from bad teams to do their losing here?
What you need to do is change ownership and get a entirely new group in here and new committment to this sports community at the risk of selling to someone who would move it if they do not win!
Someday this team will do more harm losing and staying then risking it all to win and then leaving.

Who do you think! Open your eyes and go read the list of those who are up for deals this summer! What do you mean whom?
ANYONE!!! You always want names. But anyone is winning but the Bucks and Grizzlies.
Anyone...Take on salary like you passed up in Boozer years ago. Forget about picks.
You got Yi and you got Noel and Ilyasova! You got Mo and Redd locked up and all you have to worry about is Bogut, if he will even stay.
Develop what you got, don't bring more garbage here we have to deal with and shuffle more mediocore players in here.
Get an owner with some money and not a political agenda who will take on a so called 'head case' with a bad rap if he will help win some games!
I am speaking namely of Ron Artest and Zach Randolph or a Jermaine O'Neal even!
Pau Gasol...Amare Stoudemire. Guys like this. All we need is just one of them! Hell Andre Iguodala is up for a deal Josh Smith, and some others.
All of them got more heart then anyone on our team outside of Bogut Mason and Simmons and Ivey.
Everyone else you can take or leave them...including Yi but I understand his overall worth.
But he would fetch you an even better player then he is in this upcoming draft or who could help right now.
The only teams who are saving the Bucks from ridicule is the Knicks and disappointing Bulls. You all are not sick and tired of this team?
I know I am...and with Brewers and Packers playing well I am about to kick them to the curb...permanently!

Hell, I will see better basketball in Preps games and college then the NBA.

What are you talking about? Gasol is contracted for another 4 years, Stoudemire is contracted for another 4 years, O'Neal is contracted for another 3 years, Artest is contracted for another 2 years, Randolph (why would you want him?) is contracted for another 4 years...
I personally don't see any value in trading for expirings (no one is going to sign with Milwaukee anyway) but trying to sign guys who are contracted to their teams for another four seasons generally isn't an effective way to build your roster.
