The Official "This Is Bogut's Team" Thread

Post#1 » by europa » Mon Jan 28, 2008 2:31 am

Let's just make it official. Let's give the team to Bogut and whoever can't get on board can get the hell out of his way.

Anybody with me?

Not as long as Redd is on this team.

I wish Larry Harris would make this Bogut's team, fast!

Aye, captain.

I'll follow where Bogut leads. Time to throw those who will not acknowledge his captaincy off of the ship.

Yup. A part of me thinks this still might be a bit premature but I don't care anymore. He's been great this month and I think it's time for a major change.

It's Bogut's team now. Somebody make it official.

Maybe make up t-shirts or something.

If we had gone to Bogut like this from the start...he would be a superstar by now.

This should be Bogut's Team, with Redd as the #2 option. :D

I still think this is Storey/Ruffin's team and it really showed tonight...

After that, though, it's Bogut.

I am for it 100%, but it won't happen as soon as Redd comes back for another closed doors meeting .
If Bucks want to win , Bogut has to get at least the chance to lead the team, has been waiting long enough, today is a proof here that he deserves it as team players follow him and points were nicely shared, so he makes the players better. Bogut enjoys others scoring and not only himself.
What a beauty!!!!!! as we Aussies say.
When you put on that jersey, the name on the front is more important then the name on the back.

Why not give it chance. Redd surely see's that Bogut is turning into a great center with a great lowpost game. Also Redd didn't have trouble hitting Bogut in the post the last couple of games.

I would be more than willing to say this is Boguts team if he is able to lead this team to victories. As impressive as Bogut has been this month, I'm still not impressed with the team's record this month. He's getting his but we're still losing most of our games. Sound familiar?

I don't care who's team it is. I just want victories.
F*** Marc Davis, f*** Tim Donaghy and f*** David Stern as a staff, record label and as a mothaf**kin crew......and if you wanna be down with Stern then F*** YOU TOO!!! Stu Jackson f*** you too.....all you mothaf**kas F*** YOU TOO!!!!

Mo has been the one to almost do a complete 180 and attempt to get it to Bogut almost everytime down. I am convinced that Mo can stay and be successful on a team with Bogut being the player that the offense is run through.

Pretty sure it became Bogut's team in the eyes of the coaching staff almost a month ago.

I don't know if he's a 'franchise' type talent to build around. In fact I'm pretty sure he's not.

But he's become vocal and tough and has apparently started to exhibit leadership qualities this team desperately needs.

Go Bogie.

The victories have shown up more this month. The Bucks are 7-8 this month with Bogut's game on the rise. Granted, a .467 winning percentage isn't very good but given how the Bucks' winning percentage for the season is only .400 that is an improvement. So the good thing about Bogut's improved play is it resulting in more success in the standings.
