Even if your team is going good, I don't see the point of letting your head coach take a bunch of calls from whining fans. I wouldn't blame LK for bailing, no other coach in the league would take questions from fans that I know of, it is a no win.

"Well we've lost a lot of close games, if we had just made 6 more baskets we would be in the #8 seed".

We will hear stories about how hard they practice, and maybe they're just tired.
Gery will talk about how he just talked to a GM who can't understand why they aren't better cause they have a lot of talent. Maybe he'll throw out a rumor he heard.
Sparky will then talk about why the fan base won't be happy with a playoff appearance but don't hold the Brewers to the same standard.
Callers will beg for a trade or a major shakeup. The group will determine this isn't a lost cause, everything will come together.
The hour comes to a end.

Or we could have lost to the 76ers by a slightly less ridiculous amount.

The ''pro excuse fest'' is nauseating enough but losing by 43 to a crap Sixer team last night should make things even more interesting.
What the hell can you say after something like that? How the hell do you lose by 43 to a team that is 10 games under .500.The Piston blowout was bad enough but at least they are a cotending team.
There is zero excuse ecspecially when yesterday was like 15th time we've been blown out like that and we are still in January.
No one was expecting the Bucks to win 50 games this year but the effort is downright pathetic. As loyal fans who spend our hard earned dollars on this team we deserve better on the court and we deserve better than hearing 101 excuses why consistiently get blown off the court.
And Movieman brought up one I always forget about, the ''we practice hard'' excuse.
Larry K is in waaaaaayyyy over his head as an NBA head coach,he is a college level coach at best and his staff with the exception of Tony Brown is garbage as well.
But hey they ''practice hard'' and if they didn't have at least ''1 bad qtr'' in each game we'd have a better record than Boston.

I bet if he doesn't bail it will be the same BS as he said on 620 this morning..
"We had no energy and it snowballed on us."
"just seemed like we were running in mudd"
"7th game in ten nights.... "
...then they will pretend they can't hear the hard questions

He took it a step further last night and actually started talking about how he would hit the slow mo button while watching game film to try and figure out what went wrong on an offensive possession, only to notice that the shot was good, it just missed by an inch or so. I'm not kidding.

I think your making the loss sound worse than it was. If we would have had some calls go our way for once we would have only lost by 38. Remember, the glass is half full.

If the font wasnt green i'd say you have a bright future on Larry K's coaching staff.

Larry K is using the ''way more road games than home games so far'' excuse.
I might buy that excuse if the Bucks where playing good basketball with good effort and losing close games on the road but not when they are losing by 43 to teams that are 10 games under .500.
That garbage we see out on the court isnt going to turn to gold just because you are playing more home games coach.

I called in and asked him why we don't run more. This squad is built to run but he's trying to instill a half court offense in a team thats supposed to run.
We can't put points on the board and we need to open it up and hit the fast break more. Mo/Dez/Yi/Bogut are all very good in the open court, all of them can run. I know why you're doing it to improve our defense, but it just hasn't. Last year our offense was Top 10 when we were healthy.
I told him, "what I don't want to see when Dez comes back, is Dez getting the ball in the post, killing all ball movement. Bogut should be in the post, while Dez slashes to the hoop. We need to keep motion in the offense and find good and easy shots"
He said: Well, you're absolutely spot on, I think we need to be putting more points on the board. We need to find easy shots for our shooters. But sometimes you can't always do that. You have to have some wings who want to run. You have to have bigs who commit to running. And you have fatigue and the NBA schedule that factors in. So, you can talk about running all day, but making it happen is another thing.
Sparky also asked him about the "psychological aspect of coaching these guys".
He was alluding to how well the team responds to his coaching especially when guys like CV and DG, Simmons, Bell are not happy with their roles.
He said "well, when you're winning its easier to have guys buy in and maybe make some sacrifices cause everythings going well. But when you start losing and you have guys who think they should be playing more and don't want to accept their role, it gets tough."
"They stop listening so much and someone who you thought was your friend the other day, is not so happy with you."
"So, you can have team meetings, you can have player meetings, but it all boils down to having a group of guys, willing to come in, put it on the line, and make this thing work. Sometimes you got to make some sacrifices and just worry about the team."

Caller right now is talking about the guard play and he said "you have literally the worst post passing guards in the league. Bogut is not getting the ball in the post and in the right spots, he doesn't get the ball back quite enough when he reposts, he constantly has to come out. You know guys like Brandon Roy just make that pass, all day"
"Well that was right on. You know when I was at a predraft camp with Kevin McHale he was looking for one guard, just one guy, who could post pass really well. It's really a lost art these days, most guys just don't learn that growing up. It's not just a Bucks problem it's a league wide thing. A lot of times we have turnovers because we telegraph the pass so it's something we're aware of and working on improving"
