If Yi's out, expect a 25 and 12 game from CV...

Nets Officially Swap Collins For Swift
February 4, 2008 - 4:55 pm
RealGM Staff Report -
The New Jersey Nets have acquired forward Stromile Swift from the Memphis Grizzlies in exchange for center Jason Collins and cash considerations, Nets' President Rod Thorn announced today.

"Let me first thank Jason Collins for his contribution to the Nets over the past seven years. He was a vital member of the core group of players that went to the playoffs six consecutive years, including two NBA Finals, and we wish him the best of luck for the remainder of his career," said Thorn. "With that said, we are pleased to add Stromile to our roster. He is a player who will add athleticism and experience to our frontcourt rotation."

Swift, a 6

CV will have a good game against a bad team and 90% here will be voting him into the hall of fame.

Its sad looking at the Grizz, because they just traded their best player (better by far than anyone on the Bucks IMO) for complete trash...

Yet they still probably have a brighter future than the Bucks with Gay/Conley.

...though there's only a 10 percent chance of that.

I think I am the only one still on the playoff bandwagon.

The bucks are 2.5 back and all the teams above them play tough games. Lets make up some ground. I'll take one night at the BC in the playoffs over one night at fitzgibbons watching the lottery

Having Ray Ray come back and whip us in a 40 point playoff blowout is not appealing to me.

Correction. Then he'll play 2 minutes in the second half.

Hopefully Redd plays tomorrow. Then I know we'll win for sure.

Didn't we play these guys earlier and Gay had a line even Redd would laugh at. If I remember he played around 35 minutes or so and had 1 rebound and 0 assists.

As Rick Majerus once said....."I'm not a big Gay guy" (true story, he said it on College Gamenight)

Bucks win a jump shooting classic......79-75
