Funny title, yes I know. :)

http://www.jsonline.com/watch/?watch=1& ... 8&id=35019
The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for southern Wisconsin beginning at 6 p.m. Tuesday and continuing until 3 p.m. Wednesday.

The forecast calls for up to 10 inches of snow for the southeast corner of the state and 4 to 6 inches over the remainder of the southern Wisconsin.

The chance of snow is 100%.

Enough already. Snow is nice up until New Year's. After that it's just sux.

Ugh I know. I just got done cleaning my gutters so that they wouldn't freeze and have all the melting snow come into my house. Now I'm going to have to do it again after this snow fall. :noway:

Not a chance. I'd rather it be -20 with windchills of -50. At least I wouldn't have to shovel.

I would agree, but I live downtown where it's impossible to park on the street without getting a ticket from the parking gestapo.

We would never have gotten this much snow if I would have just bought a snowblower when I bought my house this past year.

Reminds me of the winter I bought snow tires and I drove in the snow only like 3 times that winter.

Not sure what's more agonizing, watching the Bucks or all the snow...lucky for us we get to suffer through both tomorrow.

On a good note, opening day is 8 weeks from today

I don't know how much more of this crap I can take. I mean, everything this side of a mudslide has hit us this winter.

Hey Yi fan here from louisiana... do you guys get out of school if it snows? Everything shuts down here if the bridges are even a little slippery.

At my school it has to be horrible outside for the school to close. But if it goes to 7 inches or w/e it's supposed to go to I'm pretty sure we'll be let out. Although they are saying that if we have a snowday on Wednesday that they'll take away next Tuesday. We were supposed to be off Monday and Tuesday for Valentines day. If they take that away that will be horrible, I won't even go, that's bs. But yeah, schools do get out if the roads are bad enough for the buses and cars to drive on them.

Those bastards gave me some garbage $15 ticket from not this past Thursday but the Thursday before. I called to dispute it like it said on the ticket, and after wading through the menu for 3 minutes and talking to the girl for a minute she hung up on me "accidentally"
Probably because I was calling at 4:50pm and they close at 5pm and she was hoping she was done working for the day. F that.

So I called back and she claimed that this wasn't the procedure to dispute a ticket, even though the ticket itself says so. She told me I had to mail a letter of dispute to the payment address on the back of the ticket, even though that procedure is mentioned nowhere on the ticket.

What a bunch of garbage. It will be more costly (my time being worth money) to mess around disputing a $15 ticket than it would for me to just pay the $15, but I am considering disputing it out of principle because of how annoyed I am at it.

It either has to be really cold or have a ton of snow for something to close here. I would say something like this (6-10 inches of snow from 6 PM tomorrow to 3 PM on Wednesday) will close most of the schools. A few inches overnight and everything is open.
