We have the Bogut in '08 thread. Time to start this one. In three games he's looked better than Yi has all season.

He's making LK look like an even bigger fool for not starting him earlier.

He's playing great ball without a doubt. What I like the most is how aggressive he's played. He's playing with a real intensity. He's attacking the glass on the boards and playing smart offensively and not settling for so many jumpers. It's great to see him play so well and hopefully he can keep this up.

CV needs to keep doing it. Not for his trade value, but to help this team and stablish himself as a legit starter.

CV plays well when he has motivation. His motivation now is to prove Coach K wrong. Who knows, if he was the starter the whole year, maybe he would relax and not have this motivation. We never know with CV.

Exactly, his motivation comes and goes. I have a hunch once he gets his next contract it will be gone for good.

He's the most naturally talented player on the team.....

But that said, I'd still take Isiah out for drinks tonight and try to get him to swap me David Lee for CV......

He's playing like he did at the start of last season, and there's nothing that was better than that. I remember after the 1st week of the season last year he was like 7th in the MVP race haha.

I'm going to agree, but for one reason. To me, it looks like CV is using this chance for him to either get traded, or to lure us into signing him to an extension this offseason.

If he continues to start, and puts up good numbers, his price tag will go up by the Summer.

I don't know if he is using money as motivation, but if we can use him to either get rid of bad contracts, or get another good young player, I would probably pull the trigger.

Or it could be that he's growing up. Because, you know, that can happen.

Before the arrival of Yi, how did CV play?
CV was with the Bucks prior to Yi's arrival, right?

Yup. I look forward to seeing what kind of player he is in 3 or 4 years.
