Best Restaurants down by the BC

Post#1 » by Diggr14 » Mon Feb 11, 2008 9:57 pm

Im going down to the game tonight, was looking to try some different food other than the normal BC grub. Let me know which restaurants are the best outside of the regular barish stuff like Goolsby's and GameTime.

Not sure if you're a big fan of Thai food, but the King & I has excellent Thai, reasonably priced as well. For mexican you could try Gus' off of Water, directly behind Water st. brewery.
Italian i'd go with Meglio's, not sure exactly what street it's on, but it's just east of North Ave, close to where water St. ends. They have excellent food and a website with details, not sure the exact address though !

Have you tried Turner's? It is right across from the BC.
Mader's is really good as well, but it is pricier and it is a "nice" restaurant.

I recommend Turner's.

Why should you go to jail for a crime someone else noticed? You don't need double talk... You need Bob Loblaw.

Is your last name "Kuehl"? Cause I know a friend with that last name.

Make sure to eat before the game otherwise you risk losing your appetite.

I like Mader's but all mentioned are good.

That would be me and I can't recall meeting too many other Kuehls in the MKE area. Who would this be?

Ah ok, aha. Weird. I definitely thought you knew of him. Not too many people have that last name, let alone in Miltown.

Sabor hands down. Its like Old Country Buffet with top serloin instead of mock chicken legs. And they have Mad dog 20/20 on their wine list!

The girl I was with wanted something more ethnic. It was absolutely great, im checking my email right now, but she enjoyed it alot.. and is spending the night. She's taking a shower right now.

So, whoever's idea that was. A+, you got me laid.

yeah Vegas..

game sucked, but we had fun.

She couldn't believe Desmond Mason's dunks.

I told her that it was good she didn't have to watch him shoot free throws.

Anyhow, gotta go.

Thanks to all that helped here.
