IMO we have to choose between one or the other. Not sure what you can get for one or the other but the fact remains we need draft picks and pray they turn into something good.
I like redd but a player like redd is someone you add to the mix not start the mix with
I also like Mo but the same as redd a compliment.
redd for Artest (problem here is he's a bastard) but an expiring cantract
Mo for backup sg and pf + low round 1st
I think really that is the best you can do. Then hope Bogut, Yi, 2008 lottery pick and what you get in the trades can help you rebuild
Mo or Redd?? We can only keep one

The whole "Redd's a bastard" thing.....what the ****?
Why is Redd a bastard? Because he tries his hardest? Oh wait, it's because he makes a lot of money. Making money = bastard.
None of the "reports" or "stories" have ever even mentioned Redd's name. Redd and Bogut were the only significant people not on that supposed list of players who want out.
Build around players who want to be here. Because if you don't want to be here, we won't win games. Doesn't matter how talented you are.
At this point, it should be obvious that Mo's the one to go. How can you want a player here who doesn't want to play for the organization. It's impossible to win in an environment like that.
Redd, Bogut, and Yi are good building blocks and they don't want to be traded. The other 6 guys wanting out is a blessing in disguise.
