It's obvious that Memphis does not really care about talent, but I'd have to think if a more talent filled deal came along they would look at it.
Here's a deal I was able to come up with, it gives them two expiring contracts, a productive young player to play alongside Rudy Gay (CV would be thrilled I think) and Bobby Simmons who can provide more production than Brian Cardinal. Ideally I'd like to get Hakim Warrick coming our way, but that may be a bit too greedy.
This deal would give us a legit starting SF and a good young defensive PG even if he is undersized. This would also give us the flexibility to deal MO in the offseason should be choose to do that.
