I hope Yi does well. A national audience is watching him and he's not playing with a bunch of morons tonight. I want to see him dunk it hard and do some post moves. Go Yi!

Post moves? Have you ever seen this game? You just run up and down the court dunking and chucking.

You never know twirly. But yeah you are right. Well I still want to see him dunk over someone. Perferably Andrea Bargani.

Impossible. That would mean Bargnani would have to be in the paint.

I'm pretty fired up about this game. Yi seems like a special talent and I hope it translates to this court.

Wow Barkley picked Yi as his franchise player. I guess kissing Kenny Smith's a$$ is still in his mind.

Actually, here's what Chuck said....the question was which guy on the court tonight (rooks and sophs) would you take to start a franchise....

Chuck said...

1. Roy
2. Horford
3. Yi

And that was it......and in the further commentary, he seemed to imply that those are the guys who "get it" on how to play right and could be all-stars for the next 10-years....

What ever happened to Kevin Durant already being as good as Rashard Lewis and being the next Jordan/KG/Best player ever?

I remember several people on this board saying he was going to come into the NBA and be a force. Thus far he has been one of the biggest jokes in the league... He just jacks up a bunch of horrible shots, barely shoots 40%, plays no D, isn't a good passer, is one of the weakest players in the league, isn't a good rebound and looks like he has no clue what he is doing out there as far as playing like a team player.

And no that isn't just in the all-star game, it has been all year.

Are you kidding or are you just a KD hater? A few weeks ago, he was pushing the Rockets to a close loss, and the main driving force behind the Sonics in that game. KD has a lot of upside potential still.

Yupp, but I thought I heard..."my first pick would be Yi". Either way, he didn't even pick Kevin Durant. I was expecting Barkley to be a Yi hater in general.

The commentators were also complimenting Yi's jumper.
