Most Integral Change

What is the most essential change that needs to occur first for our franchise to get back on its feet?

For me, I think Kohl selling will be essential before our team can fully get back on its feet. I think Ron Walter relinquishing power to either Harris or a new GM would be a huge deal as well. It also has become clear that Krysktowiak just does not have what it takes to be an NBA coach, to the extent that both Terry Porter and Terry Stotts would be preferable to his lockerroom destroying actions.

However, the first, most important thing I think we need to do is to really shake up/blow up our roster. The chemistry is horrible and our young players are not developing because of the large egos , laziness, and selfishness of players like Redd, Mo, and Villanueva.

After the franchise fell apart the last time at the end of Karl's tenure, we shipped out or bought out all of our malcontents and went with a cheap, hard working, selfless roster, and I would really love to get back to that. That team wasn't particualrly well put together or well coached, but the fans got into it as it was a hard working team we could identify with, and the roster was well set up for young players to develop. I'm hoping we can get back to that mentality----and soon. If we do that, I could deal with some Kohl meddling until he eventually leaves, as I believe our franchise will still be on the right track in terms of developing Bogut/Yi and generally a winning atmosphere

Edited to note that, like a moron, I forgot to add the last option that I agree with, that we need "major roster changes". I don't think I can change the poll since the thread has been replied to already, but the other options are certainly major issues too.

All of the above is correct.
Speaking of Integrals... I better go study for my calc test.

Under Kohl we have had several GM's and even more coaches with the same results.

Only one thing has not changed in 23 years.

This is very true, however, I think there are extremely mportant changes that we can make to set our team back on the right track until he decides to sell.

I think firing LK and getting a real coach in here that can challenge Kohl's meddling is the second most important move we could make. Kohl has a pathetic track record here of course, but we have had success when we've had such a coach. If we blew up the team and brought in hard working players I also think we could ensure the development of Bogut and Yi as well, where if we have another year like this one both may decide to force their way out of here soner rather than later.
