1. Has Senator Kohl already made a decision on renewing your contract? If not, when will that decision be made?

2. How many people and which specific people within the organization must you talk with before any trade or player decision can be made?

3. What can you share with us on the Zach Randolph discussions? Who started them? How close was it?

4. Senator Kohl has made it the organization's mission to bring in good character guys who "get along". Yet we hear many very valid reports about a number of guys in that locker-room not getting along. How hard has that been on the coaching staff. What went wrong there?

5. Forget for a moment whether Yi really is 20 or 23 years old. If it were proven that Yi was 23 years old, how would you assess his potential versus if he were 20 years old?

6. At what point will the organization and Senator Kohl give up on the Mo/Redd backcourt?

7. Does Ersan ever play again for the Bucks?

8. Will Ramon Sessions ever play for the team this season based on what you know about his injury?

9. Last one. Jamaal Magloire is out there. Couldn't this team use some muscle inside, especially if Bogut is hurt. Can we make an effort to sign him?

I'll answer #5 for you PP...HELL NO they aren't going after Mags, they have 3 crappy back-up centers on the roster already, no way will they add a 4th, even if Bogut were to miss the remainder of the season.

I can probably answer a few more, they are committed to Yi regardless of his age, they just need him to make a decent jump next year.

Harris will have no say in breaking up the backcourt because he is gone, but the did not want Conley for no reason.

Harris will also say he wanted nothing to do with Randolph and that the Knicks initialized all the talks.

Well, I'm sure that's something we'll sit down and discuss once the season is over with.

I'm the GM and as such have the power to make deals as they present themselves. While I have to run them by the Senator, I have complete freedom to shape the roster as I see fit.

We look into all kinds of deals. Zach's name came up in discussions, but really, it was simply routine trade chatter that you hear throughout the year.

On that first note, I think every team would like to bring in high character individuals that play good basketball with each other. What we do is no different. However, when the season doesn't progress as you believe it should, tempers can flare up in the locker room. That's just our guys being competitive. It's no different in any other locker room across the NBA.

Yi Jianlian's shown remarkable skill and athleticism for someone of any age. We fully expect him to progress and improve as his time here in Milwaukee goes by. He's got a bright future.

This organization is entirely behind both Mo and Redd. You have to remember, this is a young team with a new coach and guys are still learning how to play with each other. As they mature and grow, we anticipate that everyone, not just Mike and Mo, begin to play up to the potential that we all see them having.

7. Does Ersan ever play again for the Bucks?

As you saw last season, Ersan's got a lot of natural ability and we're glad that he's been able to see significant minutes overseas. We fully expect to see him return the NBA and to the Bucks when he feels it's best to come back.

8. Will Ramon Sessions ever play for the team this season based on what you know about his injury?

Ramon is an exciting young player; it's a shame he had to go down with the injury the way he did. But we've spoken with team doctors and they expect nothing less than a complete recovery. He'll spend time playing in the Summer League and come to camp next season ready to go.

9. Last one. Jamaal Magloire is out there. Couldn't this team use some muscle inside, especially if Bogut is hurt. Can we make an effort to sign him?

Jamaal Magloire was a valuable player when he was here. However, at this time we feel it better to let our younger bigs take up the majority of minutes at the four and five. That said, we're sure he'll catch on somewhere soon and we wish him the best.
