Bobby Simmons??

Post#1 » by Max Green » Thu Feb 28, 2008 1:14 am

Anybody else notice that he didn't get any playing time last night?? Or the last 5 games?? Is he that much of a cancer that scrubs like Gadz and Ivey can get in the game but he can't??

He's been sick for the past several days. Flu-like symptoms.

Scrubs like Gadzuric and Ivey get in the game over him because they are better players...

And that is saying a lot coming from me, because I think Gadzuric and Ivey are 11th-12th type guys on the roster.

Bobby Simmons is just horrible.

Ivey is 10xs better then Simmons will ever be. Ivey can hit a jump shot of the dribble unlike Simmons. Ivey is coordinated enough to stand on his own two feet which simmons cannot do. Ivey plays very good defense and Simmons sucks so much that he can't even catch or dribble a basketball without fumbling it like a idiot. Thank god Simmons isn't getting no playing time.

The whole reason the Bucks are playing like they should is bc everyone is healthy and the biggest reason is CV is starting over Yi. Only a bonehead would of had CV comming of the bench. By far the stupidest coach in the NBA.

Ivey is a solid guy to try of the bench. Solid shooter, good with the ball, great length and good defender.

Bobby Simmons is out with a fractured jump shot, pimp-slap elbow, and a bad case of ruptured defense.

I was curious what was up with this guy, but I've completely given up on him.

Wasn't BucksSkinsFan saying something about how he was asked to be honest about something, and he was, which pissed LK off?

And how that was going to affect his playing time?

So Bobby is not even playing anymore?

Was tonights DNP a coaches decision or was an injury mentioned? I didn't hear anything.

What went down between Bobby and LK?

BuckSkins care to chime in?

BS said something about flu or sickness. Bobby had a suit on Tuesday, I didn't see whether he did or not tonight. It sounds like LK does have some problems with Bobby, but my guess is that wasn't related to the last two games if Bobby was throwing up and everything. BS said something about being so congested he can't breathe, much less run and try to breathe. I hope I can avoid that **** for the rest of the winter, if someone gives it to me on Saturday they're gonna pay.

I'm guessing it's the same problem the rest of us have with him. He sucks.

Haha that's a two way street with those two though. Anyway Bobby is Mr. Three More Months (and counting) from here out I guess, I stayed off him and beyond that supported him this whole time hoping he could overcome all this stuff and succeed here. As long as he's here it'll be the same. I know one fan doesn't mean dick when people are yelling about his contract and the organization's so bad, and it's not like I'm sitting courtside yelling support either, but whatever.

Unless BS misspoke, a person can't plan to throw in the towel at a future date without already starting to do it. I may never know what good or bad he tried to do and what all the circumstances are. But if he sees the summer as the definite end, with 2 years left on that deal, doesn't seem to care too much about justifying it at any point. At least get your trade value up, there are mutual benefits and maybe you wouldn't have to wind up in another cesspool. Maybe it's so bad he needs to put his personal health first, that's understandable. But it sounds weak when you play ball for a living, and it sucks from the fans' end.

Bobby Simmons makes the Tim Thomas contract look like an Einstein-inspired move.

If Bobby wants to go back to the Clippers, I would certainly take Tim Thomas back.

Hope y'all are enjoying your high-energy hobby: Hate on Simmons.

I know your Milwaukee Moms taught you to value and clutch the dollar, and they were all wonderful moms, I'm sure. But their world was NOT the world of the NBA. And their attitudes don't fit the NBA.

I think Simmons has more game than he's showing here (how much more is uncertain) and I hope he finds it someplace else.
AFAIK, IDKM
