If we had space (and yes I know they would want to come here but) I would have both of them.
Ratliff is a good defender which means he is ahead of Gaz in my books
And Cassell is still a good player who could show Mo how to play PG

uhhhh doesn't Ratliff make like 10 million dollars for this season??? who wants to take that contract if he clears waivers?????

If he clears waivers you don't pick up his contract, that is the reason for waivers.
If someone picks him on waivers they must pay his contract, if he not he can sign anywhere for anything.

No team has the ability to claim Ratliff and his salary off of waivers.
