Not sure why they have to sit him out for the rest of the season. Keep him in uniform, he'll still get an easy 5-10 FT's a night just by turning up and sitting on the bench.

Anyway, the they're obviously doing their bit to ensure they get the most balls in the lottery.

The Heat have that '97 Spurs feel to them, adding a premiere talent in a sandwiched crappy year. I can't imagine that team with a back court of Rose/Wade, ugh, it's unfair. They'll be back to the upper echelon of the east in no time.

Wade's been pretty banged up all year long, he should have been shut down weeks ago.

As much as I'm sure if they really needed him to make a push at the playoffs he would still be playing - his injuries have got to be a serious concern for the future now.

Between Wade, Mo Williams, Andrew Bogut, and Andrei Kirilenko my currently 1st place fantasy team seems safe. Of course, this is my money league too.

Dude with Wade and AK you were always going to lose serious time with injuries. Is one of those two guys ever not injured?

I got Kirilenko is the 7th round. Wade was my 2nd. I was hoping that he'd come back by game 10 (he did) and play out most of the season.

I went boom/bust this year. Fliers on Rudy Gay and Jose Calderon paid off big time. Taking Al Jefferson over Dwight Howard, did not.

I took Kirilenko in the fifth, I was expecting a bounce back year. I probably will never draft him again. Then Yao goes down for the year.

Currently made a flurry of moves that jeopardized my keeper set but give me a better chance to win this year. Going with a core of B. Davis/Martin/Pierce/G. Wallace/Howard/Parker/Okafor.

This injury sounds no more severe than the one redd, Charlie and bogut experienced last year. I' m quite confident this injury will require no surgery and Wade will have a complete recovery on 1 May. Riley is a pretty smart GM. he saw they had a chance to get the top pick, and he didn't want to blow it by winning any more games -- unlike the stupid bucks who will end up with the 7th or 10th pick.

Hey don't cry :noway: to me...

I draft both weak ass Arenas and soft ass Jermaine O'Neal and took at flyer on Webber.

So cry :waaa: me a river...

:o
Maybe its just me but I just dont see how that ever had a chance in hell of paying off.
I mean Dwight put up 18 points/12 rebounds/2 assists/2 blocks and 1 steal per game (along with 60% fg) last year at the age of 21-22.
Als numbers were good too, and I can see how maybe he being the focus would make you think he'd have better numbers this year i guess (but then again thats also more defense focusing on him too).
I dont know. I guess the main difference is probably the FG% and theres such a big gap there its ridiculous.

You say that like its news. Webber hasnt been healthy since Vlade Divac was on the Kings.
