RealGM Fantasy league - Final Standings

Congratulation to all that made playoffs. Extreamly interesting league. 7 teams deserved playoffs but only 6 can make it.

Wise1 had incredible bad luck with injuries including his #1 pick (Arenas).

L&H is still Ace but he also lost his #1 pick (Yao)

I just lost my #1 pick (Dirk)

But it's not over until it's over. Good luck in playoffs guys!

Aside from motivating people to keep playing, I don't really see the point in having playoffs in fantasy sports outside of the NFL (where H2H records are frequently tied since there are so few games).

And yes, I'm bitter about being in first place in one of my league's last year and getting booted in the first round of the playoffs because I had a bunch of guys from tanking teams getting "hurt"

The regular season is where you sort your team out and kick some tail along the way. The playoffs is the real challenge. Only those who were able to overcome adversity need apply. The best against the best for gold. Good luck everyone. May the best team win.

I hear you. I was #1 last year and then lost in playoffs for same reasons. But it IS more interesting this way.

I made a strong, strong push the last month and a half.

I think I won my last six matchups and went from like 13th to 8th

Plus if only Gilbert would've come back I would've been an assist monster

Oh well, next year.

That league is tough with so many teams

i didn't make the playoffs because I was tied in the TO category ......i am so pissed off right now I was in the playoff picture all season long except for the last week.

This entire league started when you said that you are better than I am. It is kind of hard to trash talk after everything that your team gone through but then again I am sure that wouldn't stop you if you are on my place. So here you go:

Hmmf. I've never sucked so bad in a fantasy basketball league. Maybe even third place is out of reach at this point. Oh well.

Bad, bad, BAD Karma for me.. I never drafted him when I've had the chance due to this, and when I rolled the dice, I fell flat on my face... It's happened in virtually every league this season... Not my year...

and in the other real gm league where mmbbot thought he had a great team, but it really sucked, I finished second 1 game out of first. While we may not have been as experenced as the other league, I think the posts made by our players were a lot funnier to read.

Since nobody answered me in the league, I'll post this here:

Since it's not really going to be a week (as in 7 days), but actually a week and a half, does it mean that we'll get to set our rosters twice on each Sunday or just once on the first Sunday?

Looking at the brackets, it appears that the 6 playoff teams are vying for 1st and 2nd place.

The non playoff bracket finishes with a "3rd place winner".

You're right. If you click on the consolation tab, you'll see the bracket for the non-playoff teams.

Should have know that you'd have a better understanding of that part of the rules than me Sigra.
