Which team you like more?

Team A: Rose, Raja Bell, Diaw, Yi, Bogut

Team B: Lowry, Mayo, Artest, Brand, Bogut (team from my sig)

How we get Team A:
If Miami get #2 pick then we trade Mo, CV and #7 pick for #2 pick and fillers. Then we draft Rose and then we trade Redd for Bell and Diaw

How we get Team B:
We draft Mayo with our pick (if we are that lucky). Then we trade Redd and Yi for Brand, Mo for Artest and CV for Lowry.

I was thinking about this 2 ways to reshape this team but I can't decide which one I like more. Your thoughts?

Team B.

A. It loses enough to get a top 5 pick next season.

Team B probably wins enough to make the playoffs and get bounced in round 1.

I think team B has legit hopes at a conference title. Obviously B.

Even though I don't see Team b as being a viable option at all.....A would easily be the choice.

I prefer B since I think it has more championship potential so that is what I picked. However, I think pulling all that off is unlikely since it is so many trades and anything can go wrong along the way. I actually think A can happen pretty easily though and I would love that team as well. What would be really sweet is if we could win the lottery or at least the second pick and then getting Rose or possibly Beasley without trading for him. From there you can still do the Redd Trade and maybe unload Bobby, Simmons, Mo, CV, and Yi. With those 4 players and maybe a future draft pick, you might still be able to get some combo of Brand, Haslem, Lowry and/or Artest and have a line up like

Rose (our draft pick)
Raja (Redd)
Diaw (Redd)
Haslem (Mo)
Bogut

and Lowry as a backup PG for CV, and still have Yi or else

Lowry (CV)
Artest (Mo)
Beasley (our draft pick)
Brand (Redd and Yi)
Bogut

Really when you think about it, if we could somehow get a top 2 pick, we have a ton of options and could change the whole team pretty easily and get good rather quick provided the Cronies allow it and the other teams actually make these trades with us.

I wonder if Miami would consider the #2 pick for Mo/CV +#7. I doubt that they would, but that would be awesome. Then we could deal Redd to the clips for their pick and get Mayo.

If I were Miami I would keep the pick unless it is a great trade and since they don't have Shaq I am sure they would want Bogut. I think Rose and Wade would be a great way to start off a rebuilding process.

I like team B.
However it would take the GM equivalent of Super Fly to put that roster together.

I just don't see how the Bucks have the pieces in place to bring back Brand and Artest.

I'd take team A.....

Rose has a chance to be a superstar PG. I'd take that over anything else. Plus even though Yi is sucking, we also keep him with Team A.

Elton Brand might be Lt. Dan next year.....Artest is getting older and is nuts.....Sure I'd take them both on my team. But I'd rather have Rose than either of them if that is my choice.

this is kinda how i feel

basically to me it comes down to brand's health, if he's the brand of the last few years than i'll take b, if not i'll go with a

Agreed, it's tough to know how he'll come back.

How is that so out of the question? Your team has good defenders one through five, while still being able to put the ball in the hoop. We're in the east in case you haven't noticed. Name some lineups in the east that are better than that. Better yet, there are very few starting lineups in the entire league that are that good.

I can think of 10 teams in the West already, and at least 4 in the East. Team B would be a playoff team, but an Eastern Conference Finals team is a stretch in my mind.
