NCAA Must Change Coaching Change Systems...

I think the NCAA should make coaches who move to other teams like a snake like Coach Crean did, give a two week notice before they do so and inform their teams first!
I think also NCAA coaches should not be allowed to talk with another team without permission from the Coach's University, and or until they have less then two years left on their current deal!
To have the MU players find out about it just like the rest of us was very lame and cowardly for a departure goes. When the Golden Eagles went after Crean they did not slip and slide to do it...
Many of those young men should feel betrayed but lift up their heads and unite with one another and move on...I personally think they are better off and Crean took them as far as they could go tournament wise.
But those stipulations should be implemented...
A.) A Coach must give 'two week notice' like any job or their should be a two week hiring period for NCAA teams to do their hiring so things do not come by rumor and by surprise...
B.) A Coach should not be permittee to leave with more then two years left on their deals. Crean just signed an extension last year until 2016!
Now of a sudden he is gone to a 'better job.' What does that teach the student athletes about loyalty and other life skills and values you are trying to exemplify?
Why trust each other if they cant trust you....Coach?
The players need to come to a University not just for the coach but for their teamates...
