With the most interesting postseason maybe ever starting saturday, it would have been nice to see what are the predictions for the playoffs, expecially in the West. Here are mines:

EAST 1ST ROUND
Boston def Atlanta 4-0
Detroit def Phila 4-1
Orlando def Toronto 4-2
Cleveland def Washington 4-3

EAST 2ND ROUND
Boston def Cleveland 4-2
Detroit def Orlando 4-1

EAST FINALS

WEST 1ST ROUND

New Orleans def Dallas 4-2
San Antonio def Phoenix 4-3

great thread, this is gonna be a great weekend

here are mine, subject to change multiple times before, during, and after saturdays games

EAST 1ST ROUND
Boston def Atlanta 4-0 i'd like the hawks to do well, but yeah
Detroit def Phila 4-0 i just have trouble picturing them winning a game
Toronto def Orlando 4-3 i think this is gonna be entertaining
Cleveland def Washington 4-1 i just don't think the wizards have it inthem

EAST 2ND ROUND
Boston def Cleveland 4-2 lebron's will = not enough
Detroit def Toronto 4-1 bosh's will = not enough

EAST FINALS
Boston def Detroit 4-3 best series of the year

WEST 1ST ROUND
LA def Denver 4-1 not enough d
Dallas def New Orleans 4-3 i think our homies might not make it
Phoenix def San Antonio 4-2 this is the year the suns beat the spurs
Utah def Houston 4-1 i just don't think the rockets can hang

WEST 2ND ROUND
LA def Dallas 4-2 lakers are too good, dirk/gasol will be interesting
Phoenix def Utah 4-2 over/under on pick and rolls= 100,000,000

WEST FINALS
LA def Phoenix 4-3 should be the 2nd best series and a great frontcourt matchup (assuming a healthy bynum)

NBA FINALS
Boston def LA 4-2 i just think the celtics are too good if no one gets hurt

I think this is the Suns year to finally break through and win the west.

Although if Bynum was healthy and able to play for the Lakers i'd probably go with the official ''David Stern just creamed his funkin pants matchup'' with Lakers vs Celtics.

It is unbelievable to see that EVERYONE is sure that Boston and Detroit are going to game 7. But it is really probable.

At the moment 4 pick the Celtics for champs, 1 apiece for Lakers, Suns, Spurs and Pistons.

I don't think Detroit will get there. The rookies might choke in the playoffs, and I can see the Pistons maybe running out of gas in the 2nd round if they have to play against Howard inside.

I believe they took Ratliff exactly for that. And I like them because they have the most versatile (and the most complete) starting lineup in the NBA. They can basically play against everybody in every style. That's why I pick them to win the East. Surely it is pretty close to choice between them and the Celtics; the Celtics' bench is a lot better than I thouht after the first half of the year.

Now off topic: I took that the Hornets over the Mavs and I believe they are going to be a very tough opponent for everyone because I believe that CP3 has an innatural ability to play under pressure. He plays the same way in tha final play of a game 6 and in a first quarter play in a regular season game. Plus, Stojakovic has to drop a big monkey off his shoulders and David West is incedibly efficient scorer.
