Dream Coaching Staff: Would it work?

Ok I am really excited about the changes so far for our Bucks and it seems like we might just end up with a great coaching staff **fingers crossed**

Here is my question though:
What is your dream active coaching staff and would it actually work?

Here is my dream staff:
Head Coach: Phil Jackson
Lead Assistant: Gregg Popovich
Assistant: Scott Skiles
Assistant: Mike D'Antoni

On paper it seems ridiculous and like they are too egotistical to accept it but what if they actually went along with it and played their roles like role players are supposed to do, would it work?

I like Jackson as my head coach cause he seems to be able to manage personalities for the most part and is able to motivate his players, especially his stars. Oh yeah he has 9 rings too. Popovich seems to be able to get role players to excel and he is able to keep them in line and keep a culture of "team first mentality" going. Skiles can be the defensive guru and has proven to be excellent at doing that. D'Antoni can be the offensive guru. Obviously you need the right players to make whole thing work but would something like this work? I am not sure since part of their systems are predicated on having certain types of players to fit their individual systems but maybe they are all such good coaches they could make it work and somehow combine it all to make a "super system" that combines elements of the triangle from Jackson, run and gun from D'Antoni, Skiles defensive system, etc.

What do you all think?
