Yeah, James is important. Marquette is thinner than the Bucks are if that's even feasible. The guy is a crappy shooter but he's a lock down defender and a great facilitator on the other side of the ball.

No you are not....I thought he broke his ankle. Redd immediately came to mind.

I hate plays when he goes to the rim for a layup because teams get under him and try to push him or bump him on th way down.

Some guys can control their bodies, their falls and landings better then others. James gets up so high he cannot do that as well as Jerel can at times.

Teams undercut him and he gets up so high and lands awardly because of the way he walks he is a guy who will have issues with his ankles all his career.

Dominic's legs are not straight or he is slightly bowlegged when he plants and walks naturally so when he goes up and lands if he gets under cut like he has many times in his career here he will
be hurt bad...

But he is tough kid. He will come back. Guys who are pigeon toed and or bowlegged a bit will always landed like that on drives and have feet and ankle and knee issues.

Especially when they go up for dunks and you play dirty players...who get up under them and don't let them land.

Great win though.

Okay now this game is over :sigh: ....now onto this frickin Bucks game!...

What a big letdown.... :(

Great game tonight. Nothing more to say. The shots weren't going from the outside, and we got screwed on a bunch of inside calls, but we still pulled it out.

I really want the Bucks to get McNeal.

Yeah. Lousville v. MU will be an absolute battle. Gotta think UCONN is too much for them, though.

I think Marquette would be a top five team and big time contender if they had a seven footer to take up some space. I'm afraid they're too small to compete. 5'11'' Dominic James lead Marquette in boards tonight to drive my point across. Bigger physical teams are going to bully them around yet this season. (uconn, g-town) At the same time those teams are going to struggle against our speed, yet I'm not overly optimistic.

I don't think G-Town has the guards to match up too well against MU. Monroe is containable too.

Adrien, Price and Thabeet will give them hell though, IMO.

I DVR'd the game while I was at school and just got done watching it. Awesome win. Watching Harangody sulk at the end made my night. I've never seen somebody get so many foul calls simply by being out of control.

Harangody takes some ridiculously awful shots, but he makes some of them.

Wow all of our scoring came from the big four and the only other player to take a shot was Acker and he went 0-2.

I never really liked Harangody but I lost a lot of respect for him he is such a crybaby.

It took a little bit of luck and a Hell of a game from a couple comic book drawing, disney loving, seven footers last year to knock Marq out of the tourney.

I don't think Harangody is going to be very good in the NBA (his ceiling is probably Haslem), so if you're going by the whatever I think about a player is wrong theory, then you better hope the Bucks take him.

The only player I really like in this draft is Blake Griffin. He's head and shoulders above a very mediocre draft class.
