We've been given new life. We've proven this season we can beat these guys and we've proven in the past we can as well. Let's do it again. Go Hawks!

Blackhawks better show the hell up in the PO, they were pretty much gifted the 8th seed. Still can't believe Dallas lost to a team that is only a bit better than an AHL team right now.

Anyways, can't wait to see if the Hawks get in the head of Bobby Lu and the rest of the Vancouver team. Will be much harder without Byfuglien crashing the net and Bolland driving guys crazy. Hope Bolland returns soon...

If the Hawks can manage to win the first game, Nuck nation will probably be in full panic mode.

Luongo hates the world. If we would've won we would've been the 5 seed, If we were to lose in OT 7 seed, but no we lose Dallas loses and we end up 8.

Well, I'll be at Game 3, fully expect to be 0-2 by then. The one team I did not think the Blackhawks could beat is Vancouver. Too strong, too powerful, too quick. No Dustin Byfuglien to annoy Luongo, and maybe no Brouwer to try and do the same.

yea down 0-3 and we have been outplayed every game. We even had a huge penatly advantage in game 3 and could capitalize. It looking like a sweep to me.

unfortunately so. What do you suppose is the cause of this stinkage?

I think its a combination of championship hangover, a hectic late season fighting for seeding, being unlucky with injuries and hence poor chemistry as a result.

It's a combination of the Nucks being really sweet and us trading away a large part of the team that won last year and replacing them with young in-inexperienced guys. The Brouwer, Bolland, and Sharp injuries didn't help either.

It's been a good series so far. Chicago hasn't really had much going for them, and they REALLY miss Byfuglien, but poor start to the series for you guys for sure. I think CHI take's one tonight, but it stops there and we'll take the next home game to advance.

I'd be shocked at this point if the Blackhawks win tonight.

Well it was a shocking night. Not only did they win but did it with 7 goals.

Good call - I really didn't expect them to break out like they did yesterday. Now it would be fun if they could take another one and put some zest back into the series.

Well,

We knew Bolland was important, but damn. He may be one of the only players in the league that the twins hate playing. First game back and a 4pt outing, geez. Amazing really.

On Seabrook and Keith. They haven't been skating well or taking the right positions for weeks now imo. Seabrook for the last 5-7 games has been awful and that was after a run of 5-7 games where he was great. Really confusing. Keith is over-skating plays right?? Seems out of position alot to me...

On the young guns, DAMN do we have some natural talent out there!! The future is exciting. Crawford looks solid as a #1 for 5-7 years and don't forget about Salak we got in the Skille deal. I like that net-minder across the world right now. Kruger and Viks have insane talent and speed. Those 2 are amazing. On Leddy, he skates very well, makes the right passes, and is in position. He needs strength for sure and is a laughable cross checker right now (he is 20) but that will come with the weight room and age. I mean... Do the Canucks even know he pushed them ;)?

Surprised we pulled out a game but a likely 4-1 coming...
