Weird title for a hockey board? Definitely... But I really want to hammer home something here: Connor McDavid. This is a Sid Crosby draft guys. Over the last decade we have had CLEAR number 1s whom have turned out to be stars... Tavares / Hall / Stamkos / Yakupov / RNH / Kane..... All of those guys were clear stars at 16-18 and easy number 1s.... All are star players..... But NOTHING like this kid.... He will be LeBron James, Mario, Jagr, etc.... He will be a guy around a 100 pts before his 21st...

He looks like the next mega star. Haven't seen him play other than youtube highlights, but he looks like a powerful, smooth scorer and excellent playmaker.

In most of the vids I've seen the kid is 16. I think he's still only 17 years old. Unbelievable.

I haven't seen any footage of this kid, but the way people are talking about him almost makes me wish we had a chance at landing the #1 pick.

If u look at teams this year with how (lack there of) they pursued goalies..... It's obvious!!,,!,,,! They are tanking for this kid.... 19 years old 24g 38a - 62, 20 yrs old 29g 43a - 72, 21 yrs old, 37g, 51a - 88, 22 yrs, 41g, 58a - 99, 23 yrs - 44g, 62a - 106pts..... These are my expectations ----- when is the last time if ever have u thought of a kid like that?
