Kirby Dach - out 4-5 months fractured Wrist
Alex Nylander - out 4-6 months Torn Meniscus Knee
Jonathon Toews - out for season / undisclosed injury

Crawford let go / Saad traded

Zach Smith not traded / Andrew Shaw still hurt / 3 AHL level goalies / and tons of blue line rookies

I dare say it? Trade Kaner before it’s too late? Oh boy, is this where we are now.

Strome still unsigned too.... if season starts with him it kinda looks like this:

Junk

I mean Kane will get 55-60 points and hopefully Strome rebounds back with Cat and possibly Kubalik and could be a 40 pt center in this 56game season... but the rest is just yuck. No expectations at least and a heck of draft class to count towards at least.

Univ of Michigan games, y’all should start watching! Power, KJ, Matty... they are all there

Strome resigned 2/6m

That’s great news... keeps him RFA and will have Arb rights at 25years old now

Win-win

Yep, thank whoever you pray to that we re-signed Strome. Without Toews, Dach and Strome, we may as well have not even bothered showing up. I know Toews is out with an undisclosed injury, but has it been confirmed that he will miss the entire season? Last thing I heard was that he would miss an indeterminate amount of time.

So Toews is on LTIR but that simply means 10 games / 24 days.... but there has been no vocalized diagnosis and the fact that he said it’s been an issue for a long time I can’t see him coming back to a top 5 bad team to try and get his body / mind right.

I’ll say it again, if there was ever a time to trade Kane it’s now.

I think the Bruins are behind the Flyers now.... they could use him. Hometown team has a gigantic opening at RW for him. Imagine a Hall-Eichel-Kane line every night?

If a team said here is a top 4 / top 6 mid 20s guy, a recent 1st round prospect, and 2 future 1sts how could you say no? Granted, Kane would have to agree as well.

There is NOTHING left for Kane here... he must know that. By the time the hawks have remade roster he’ll be 35 and that’s wasted time
