We need a scorer

Post#1 » by SportsWorld » Mon Apr 2, 2007 5:37 am

We have Havlat but that's it.
We are the only team in the NHL that has yet to break 200 goals and we are 11 goals away.
This franchise is going nowhere without a scorer.

There are going to be a few good ones in the off season. I really hope the owner spends more money this offseason. Chicago deserves another winning team. It's a freaking Original 6 team!

I think we have 9 fans here in Chicago. Seriously this franchise sucks. Even if we make it to the Stanley Cup noone will care.
We care more about the Chicago Rush than a fricken NHL team.
Sad yet true.

Yeah, that is sad. I think if the team can get a new owner, I think it would regain a good status in Chicago. The owner just doesn't care, and that is sad. I have a classic DVD of the Stanley Cup finals between the Pens and Black Hawks and Chicago Stadium was nuts in those games.

3rd biggest city in the USA and I think we have the lowest attendance in the NHL.

The team has some good young talent. Hopefully they will get the goal scorer and contend for the playoffs next season. Get some life back into Chicago.

Chicago needs to be a bit more patient and wait until some of their prospects begin developing. Guys like Toews, Barker, Borque, Keith, Seabrook and Skille is a good start.

The Blackhawks need a lot of things, and a scorer has to be near the top of that list. So would better management, better defense, better goaltending, pretty much everything you can mention, the Blackhawks could stand to be a whole lot better in.
