The Hawks decided to extend coach Denis Savard's contract through the 08-09 season.... Thoughts?

It's definitely good for us because the young core that the hawks has can grow, develop, and mature together w/out any distractions of losing their coach and knowing that he will be there for at least a couple years... that is unless he gets fired..

Good move, I like him a lot as our coach. Also, I think he can be a great mentor to Patrick Kane.
