Which team do you guys want to face in the WCF?
Detroit would obviously be a dream matchup for most fans and the NHL but I think if we want to win the series and head to the finals we would matchup better against Anaheim mainly because of home ice advantage. You can't go wrong with either team though. We played well against Detroit this year and they aren't unbeatable.

I'm going with Detroit. There's no guarantee's either way. So I'm going for what I think would be a more exciting series.

And if we do beat Detroit how sweet would that be?

If they get to the Finals, it will be unbelievably sweet regardless of who they beat to get there.
Anaheim all the way for me. I think the Hawks can contend with the Wings. I think the Hawks can beat the Ducks.

I'm uninformed, but its always sweet to get a shot to knock off the defending champs, and your biggest rival.

Re: Detroit or Anaheim?
I went back and forth on this one, but chose Detroit. Partly because I just think it would be a really entertaining series, with lots of wide open, skilled hockey. On paper Detroit is better but this team just seems to have that undefinable "it" that winners have. If I've learned anything over these playoffs it's that you just can't count them out. Khabby needs to play a lot better though, or outplay Osgood at least.
It's amazing to think though that just a few years ago people were pinning our future hopes on the ABC line and the "best player not in the NHL" (he had a good year though). Until last year I had really forgotten what good, young franchise type players were like.

Re: Detroit or Anaheim?
All I know is it was awesome watching them beat each other up at the end of game 6. Hopefully they do that 5 more times in game 7.

Anaheim would mean we would play a team not on the same talent level as Detroit (even if they are playing great), and we would also have home ice advantage.
But Detroit is my choice. They are our biggest rivals and I want to send them home.
