9 minutes left, Hawks lead 4-1 in Game 1.

4-1 final, was close for about half the game then the Hawks took control rather soundly.

Season series over tomorrow at the UC at 6:00 on the always stellar WGN.

Nice series sweep. Kane with the game winner in the last minute. Hawks now have the best record in the NHL by points.

These two games were really needed because they were against Nashville. In 24 hours the Blackhawks have gained 4 more points on Nashville.

We have an 8 point lead in the division with no more games left to play against Nashville. Looking good for a division title.

Niemi was not very good, but Dan Ellis let in a bad one himself.
