OT - Richard Zednik's throat cut by skate blade

I just made this same thread on the Panthers board because I figured that would be the place to do it. Seeing as how I'm a Wings fan though I thought I'd post it here too. You hate to see something like that happen to anyone, and as I said on the Panthers board, I'm sure that the best wishes of both myself and the Red Wings board are with him.

ya, very unfortunate and definetly made me squirm when watching. I got goosebumps when the PA said he was stable and going to the hospital.

I saw the YouTube video of it and it looked very bad. The one positive thing is that Zednik did the right thing and got up and skated towards the bench for medical help.
My thoughts are with him
