Well we open our season on Sunday the 9th against the Crosbyless Pen's.

Great start to the season with a shootout win over the Pens.

Dubynk was outstanding and he's really starting to look like a legit number one goalie. He was solid all preseason long and it looks like that solid plays carrying over to the regular season.

The young forwards were outstanding Nugent-Hopkins was amazing, he was making tons of plays and he scored the game tying goal. Hall, Eberle, and MPV were all great too.

It looks like Jeff Petry's going to continue to improve. he was solid on both ends and he joined the rush a few times and made some great plays.

And my last note on this game going to touch on the vets. Smyth was great, Horcoff looks much better in his new role as checker/special teams dude, Belanger was great as well and Smid looked solid.

I knew Nugent-Hopkins was going to be good but I didn't think he'd be this good this soon. The kid is dominating folks.

Another great win tonight, we're playing great right now and guys outside of the kid line put up the goals.

Great win last night in LA. We just outplayed a better team and the Bulin Wall was strong.

Hall's out 2-4 weeks with a shoulder injury. Just when he was starting to play well he goes down, sucks for us and him.

Rough game last night is San Jose. We lost a very winable game because of some sad mental lapses.

Well we beat the Blackhawks last night but we also lost Nugent-Hopkins for apparently 2 games and Tom Gilbert for what looks like an extended period of time. Teubert and Green both got called up today, I liked Green in preseason lets see what he can do now.

Another bad loss to the Flames last night. I think we might actually take a run at Columbus for last place, injuries are killing us.

Looks likw Hall's going to be out for 5 to 6 months, why didn't we take Seguin.
