What an amazing gesture by P.K. Subban. That is a MASSIVE donation. Yes he makes a good salary, etc, but after taxes in MTL he's making about 4.5 mill/season. Say what you want about P.K., but the guy is all class!

For the record, he has made a $10M commitment. Some will be his own money, some will be money that he fundraises. Still, though, and absolutely incredible gesture. Both of my sons have been there (one at the old one, both at the new), and it's an amazing place that does amazing work -- it's a really admirable thing PK is doing. Makes it clear that anyone who wants to talk smack about his character doesn't know what the hell they're talking about.
