Set to launch Sept 26th. $19.99/month or $189.99/year.
So far they dont have the rights to the Twins games wrapped up, but they have some MLB teams, you would think its just a matter of negotiating price.

I don't expect the price point to stay that low forever, but personally,as a cord cutter, I've been waiting for something like that for years.

Started out with Hulu+LiveTV for $40 a month, and watched the price on that about double even after they dropped BSN 2 years ago.
Local sports are the only thing we want live tv for, so this is perfect for us.

Just wanted to share the good news, best news of the offseason for me.

Edit: It looks like Ballysports+ is only going to be an option for those in the minnesota viewing area.
For those out of market, league pass will still be a viable option for streaming.

That's expensive to me as someone who would only get it for wolves games. That said I currently have cable. If I didn't I'd probably bite the bullet, at least it's an option. Now the real question is.. who is going to be announcing next to Jim Pete?

Agreed completely. That sounds awfully expensive. Also wouldn’t want to give money to Sinclair who is a **** company with **** beliefs.

If League Pass ever allows us to get around blackouts I’d go that route but for now I’ll stick with cable where Bally/Sinclair only gets a percentage of that money.

I'm out of state and sometimes its annoying with nationally televised games and local games that are blacked out. I wish league pass was a nice catch all for NBA games (broadcast blackouts, NBA TV, and nationally televised). too many damn streaming apps that defeat the purpose of cutting the cord.

Not sure how much a basic package cost for Xfinity, but it's free for customers.
I pay about $200 a month, but that covers internet, cable, security and phone. They even tossed in all premium channels for being a long time customer.
