I realized we didn’t have an official thread for him so I am making this one. Some things to ask.

1. Has anyone heard anything about his legal situation from the summer?

2. What do you guys think of his defense so far this season?

3. Thus far do you like him enough (both as a player and leader,) to want to hold onto him for next year, or would you rather move him as part of a bigger deal?

Legal stuff is a nonissue

I like him and think he has value here, but I wouldn't rule out using him as a trade chip since he's one of the few we have

I don’t think legal will wind up being an issue, but haven’t heard anything.

I want to hold onto him this year. He’s the clubhouse leader. Maybe that moves to another guy but think he was an underrated part of last years culture shift. Plus he’s a productive rotation player. It would need to be a needle moving trade for me to want to move him.
