He's not a no name. He's a really good offensive center.

Can't wait to not have Nowell and Naz on this team after how they played tonight.
Ant is too turnover prone. Seems like no one really showed up for this game. Just sleep walking through it again.

Gobert with 16 rebs.. Nxt highest is rivers with 6 and he is a friqqin PG. Our starting backcourt only 6 rebs together they need to put more effort into rebounding esp dlo. We could've easily won if we didn't give up so many off rebs and limit our TOs.

Re: Game 49: Minnesota @ Houston
I hate to say it but Dlo has been really good lately.
It was Ant, Dlo and nobody else. A bad 3rd qtr (as usual), 19 turnovers, and poor play in the final 8 minutes did us in even though we made it closer than it was in the final moments.
Losing to a 10 win team is embarrassing. We just don't take things seriously enough.

Grayson Allen and Ibaka for Nowell and Naz. We need dirty player and shooter like Grayson and solid 2 way back up big like ibaka.

I’m not sure Ibaka would deserve minutes over Knight or Garza at this point in his career.
Rest in peace Mamba. There'll never be another Kobe.

I would take Mamu in his place in the hypothetical trade though…

We need a guy who is relentless on the glass. Gobert is great, after that we just have no one who rebounds that well. Anderson is average at best, everyone else is pretty below average for their position.

Re: Game 49: Minnesota @ Houston
When watching this game I kept coming back to how nice it would be having Eric Gordon on this team. He’s another all around solid, smart, and steady handed vet that this team needs and getting him as the sixth man instead of Nowell would be a huge upgrade. Unfortunately D’Lo would be the only realistic salary match which makes acquiring him very awkward.
One thing I’ve started pondering is where Knight and Reid now stand in the center rotation. Is it still starters: Rudy/KAT, backup: Naz, emergency: Knight/Garza or has Knight seen a promotion to where he’s fighting Naz for the backup role. Or has Naz’s rough play recently demoted him to where he’s competing with Garza/Knight as the emergency options. Grooming Knight to be the backup in the handful of remaining games before the trade deadline could be very fruitful if he’s made it to Naz’s level in the coaching staff’s eyes.

He’s really good.
You should try including him in your trade suggestions instead if your “all name, no game” All-Stars.

The team’s inconsistency makes it so hard for anyone to be their fans.

Allergic to being above .500, in a year where all the west is inconsistent. One win or loss can raise/drop you 3-5 spots

Bad loss...6L with the worst teams of the league. Speechless.
"...I want to compliment him, we all expected that he would take up the game, we have prepared the plan race on him, we have doubled. And, as usual, he did what he wanted..."

Re: Game 49: Minnesota @ Houston
I preface this by saying this is not meant to sound like an attack on Rudy...but it's prob more to do so with disrupting the groove that we get in.
It seems like every time Rudy comes back we, lose that first game. Unlike other players, his integration back into the team/offense/defense has a huge effect. Watching him last night, he wasn't moving normally and may still be affected by the groin injury.
I'm starting to feel like we should just let Towns and Rudy to a lesser extent just rest and heal up. Give the rest of the team an opportunity to show what they can do and who's a fit going forward. Give some of the young guys some run as well with the vets mixed in. I don't see us being serious contenders this year barring a miracle.
