Even if we took a timeout, very slim chance we would have gotten a better look than a open 3 pt attempt from KAT.

Im with you. It was 2 on2, because klay and draymond were both back on defense but neither picked up KAT in transition. Probably weren’t going to get any more clearer look than that if we slowed up. and kats such a good spot up 3 point shooter that if he gets that good of a look, it’s likely going in.

I’m glad he didn’t recklessly put it on the ground and try driving.

Re-watching the play a couple of times, I think you two are right.

NOTE - It's actually the GS broadcast but they actually gave the wolves some respect in their post-game analysis.

Drew a ton of fouls, tons of rebounds, and great defensively.

Kat hit 2 big 3s actually, and made the pass inside to Gobert late where he was fouled. He also had some good defensive plays.

Blinded by hate.

That said, Naz and Slo-mo were amazing this game.

Maybe you missed the part where he lost six or seven clutch rebounds in the third and fourth quarter and it got tipped out. Dude literally got boxed out by Gary Payton 2 twice. He's 7"2 that's his whole job.

Yeah, he only had 18 rebounds instead of 24 or 25. What a loser.

I think many people underestimate the value of a rebound. A rebound is a possession.

We would rave about a guy that got 18 steals, and say he was causing havoc to the opponents. With 18 rebounds, some of us just say, “ho hum.”

I’ll say this too. As a long-suffering Wolves fan, I am so happy to see us get rebounds.

Towns would usually get his, but he rarely has had a lot of help. It used to kill me to see guys like Ant, DLo or Nowell simply not box out, and watch opponents, especially big guards slide in and rebound. Tonight’s game, I saw Anderson and even Connelly out bodies into guys. That just makes me happy.

Also, I have seen years where a shot is missed, the ball is bouncing high off fingertips, and we almost never got those rebounds. Now, with the biggest guy on the floor, I have hope on both ends in that situation. And with Towns and Naz out there more with Gobert, as long as they don’t fight each other (which happened once or twice tonight), I am going to enjoy being the big team under the basket for a change.

The other thing that really struck me is that Ant and KAT didn’t play well, and Jaden McDaniels barely played with foul trouble. This was a game where Naz and the vets really carried the day!

I am becoming so comfortable with SloMo and Conley running this team! We’ve always had athleticism but we’ve lacked leadership and a true floor general to maximize the talent on this team. I like our long starting 5, but the next two off the bench are Anderson and Naz …!

We can be a scary team! We can be a scary team!

Good analysis and great basketball discussion. It's nice to see another team struggle with turnovers and not just us complaining on this board about Wolves. The big 3 seems to work now with Conley. It seems Ried is settling into the oversized power forward off the bench scorer role like some of you guys mentioned. Good to see out of town media is recognizing that. Not just the TNT why two centers superficial conversation.

Yes, like I posted earlier. This win feel so good because we didn't play our best but was awesome in D to beat a top team. This give us a lot of margin for error to win games. The sign of a very good team.

Side note, I'm sick of these youtube clips with fake thumbnails acting like they are from one show when they are from another. Always showing Shaq or Barkley on thumbnail, says Inside the NBA then shows a clip of NBA TV guys. Same with this one BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! (though the content is good, just annoyed by the clickbait titles/thumbnails).

YES! How nice was it to see KAT & Rudy cleaning up the glass (and attacking it on the offensive glass against a hapless Warriors squad)?

That shoe feels much better on the other foot (I think we had it on the wrong foot this whole time)!
