Ant had 10 rebounds, and led the team!

Nice to get another win, but this one was more about the Knicks bad shooting at the end of a long road trip than us playing well.
They shot 35% overall and 24% from 3. Grimes 0/6, divencenzo 1/6, Quickley 1/7, hart 0/2, Randle 1/6.
Brunson 3/6 and Barret 3/4, but only 1/9 from 2 point range.

We gave up 17 offensive rebounds and put them on the line 34 times. Not going to win most games doing that.

Our defensive intensity was better, and the bench played pretty well.
NAW a +15 in 33 minutes with 11/3/3 and 3/6 from deep.
I hope Jaden doesn't miss more than a couple games with the ankle injury and it heals quickly and is not a lingering issue the rest of the season. Looks like he just rolled it, but you never know.

The Knicks inability to score against our bench at the end will help push our defensive ranking up.

That didn't occur to me but I love it. You one naughty boy. :)

Is it nostalgia of dark times when MIN lost many games?

I interact on other fan boards frequently, but just as a warning, if I catch any Timberwolves fans trolling on another fan board, I do have a history of handing out (short) suspensions that cross-suspend to this board and the General Board. Make sure to behave, no making us look bad.

I know he didn’t shoot well, but Troy Brown Jr. deserves a shout-out for giving Minnesota some very stable minutes, tonight. His rebounding, defense, and ability to play within the offense were all valuable.

It was nice to hear Finch mention him in his postgame interview.

That guy started for the Lakers for half the season, so I’m sure he can use the encouragement after getting all those DNP-CDs

I am kind of curious if we can play TBJ at backup SG, while NAW plays PG and Anderson plays SF.

Really good performance from the team. We struggle a bit a rebound but they have the number one in the league for offensive rebound and strong guys. We cruise and never really in a position to worry. Thanks to our defense performance. This team is definitly strong and good. We will have night off as it happen to all team but i'm not worry. We have a deep team.
