I found myself cheering RUDY RUDY RUDY!!!!!!!!!! over and over last night. He was unbelievably good and talk about clutch making those 2 FTs in crunch time.

Holmgren was also held to a season low 38.3 TS% for the game.

I have never seen a guy more consumed with how his hair looks on the court than Giddy. He is constantly touching and grooming it, even when the play is live. Embarrassing.

Anyways...as for the game:

1. Troy Brown Jr...just wow. Bring anything close to that every night and we have ourselves something.

2. Rudy is displaying the mobility he had when he was 25. The superflex pose he gave halfway through that defensive possession was so raw and emotional, I'm still smiling 15 hours later.

3. Chet was abused last night by Rudy but he's going to be special for years to come. His mobility and fluidness of his jumper for a guy his length is amazing.

4. We need Shake to provide better minutes so we can afford to rest Conley more than we do.

5. Naz Reid may be the best contract in the league outside of Rookie deals. I want to see a Gobert-Towns-Reid frontcourt just once to soothe my curiosity. That would be a lot of fun. :)

6. We match up well with OKC which is a good thing...we'll be seeing a lot of them in the future. Well coached, SGA, good young talent and tons of assets but Chet really needs a big man like Adams next to him.

7. Get better quick, Ant Man...your play on both sides of the court is elite but it's your drive and passion that we will miss most!

Good post on all the points. To this one, I think #2 on the list has to be Austin Reaves?

Yeah...Reaves would probably be #2. It certainly wouldn't be Alex Caruso. :)

I didn't see the game until yesterday...Ant is lucky he didn't break hand/wrist/arm on that fall. That was scary.
The song playing in the background while it happened: Learning to Fly by Tom Petty. The lyrics matched up perfectly too..."coming down is the hardest part." Was some Wizard of Oz/Pink Floyd stuff. Great all around game!
I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.
