These kinds of performances have been consistent ever since Finch was hired. The only time they weren't was when Pat Bev was here, and even then only when he was on the court. He's had literal years to address this and can't.

Couldn't have said it any better.

He wants to talk about the "top guys," why doesn't he look at himself first. He's the coach of the team. It should start with him. If these players "bullsh*t," it's because he's allowed it happen.

Your Finch anger makes you all over the board, and you can’t see things realistically any more.

Some of you complain about Finch not being hard enough on the team. When he is, he can “shove it?”

Again, I see this as an Ant problem, more specifically, an 23-year old Ant-maturity problem. I know it’s hard to hold a player responsible for a player’s actions, but putting this all on Finch seems like scapegoating.

This problem occurs intermittently, but it certainly hasn’t been a problem since Beverley. Last year, Finch’s Wolves were famous for crushing teams in the third quarter, en route to that 56-26 record.

He’s doing what you want here, and you still blast him for it? What would you have preferred to see him do after the game?

We've had this discussion before, shrink. You don't believe a coach can actively discipline a star player, whereas I do. He needed to set a tone, even going back into last year. Do you not recall those losses to bottom-dwellers?

Klomp believes losses to such teams happen. And to that I agree, however, it certainly happens more here than the likes of Golden State, who he frequently brings up.

Additionally, it's not necessarily "anger" I have towards Finch, but rather I see him as a coach unable to take the team up another level.

I'd prefer he do something during the game. If Ant's effort isn't there, sit him. If Randle's effort isn't there, sit him. Having an angry press conference, cursing out the players behind doors...again, heard that **** for years now and it's made no difference.

My comment isn't about 3rd quarters either. It's about playing down to our competition. And THAT has been a consistent issue for years.

Just watched the game. I like what I saw from Jaden, Dill, and Naz. Randle had a bad game but I think that it may be because Ant throws the slowest bounce passes I've ever seen. Randle would be open but by the time the ball gets to him a defender is there so he doesn't shoot and the possible play is broken. I'm tired of seeing the ball in Ants hands all the time.
