This team needs the next level of coaching. I often allude to Doug Collin’s or Dell Harris. Guys who had nba hall of fame talent and couldn’t make it work. It’s no shame to Chris. He’s just not there. But, we’re also probably not going to stumble upon Phil Jackson either.

Ant has gotten too confortable. And now acting less mature even as he is getting older. This is concerning, particularly with a guy like mike Conley on the roster.

The earlier post of ant having more techs since DMC is interesting. Wolves fans be a bit biased in terms of our affection for ANT, but looking like we may be approaching a crossroad of what is really going on with his behavior.

1. Finch's demeanor/leadership ability is not of a caliber of what it takes for a personality like ANT's.

2. ANT will be toxic for the rest of his career in a way similar to Jimmy Butler.

I'd like to get a coach with an older school mentality. Finch’s statement of : "it's been brought up to Ant, and now on him" , hasn't been, nor will work.

We've been underachieving since the beginning of the year, and thinking we will all of a sudden turn things around is not going to happen.
