I think part of it is how Lakers defensed. Especially, when LBJ is playing free safety behind Ant's defender. We don't seem to have the cut and movement to break it. I think that is the same as what Bucks used (I believe).

Rudy should have had atleast 4-5 offensive rebounds yesterday...fumbled so many easy offensive rebounds. Just look at this one...idk whether its nerves or just a bad day but man did he miss so many easy ones

Also I think Conley needs to play as many less minutes as possible...he just looks so lost out there. He is playing passive and not even the 2 man game with Gobert is working.

Also, teams went a combined 11-54 from 3. Why do they have to celebrate each one like it's a game winner?

We shoot not well. Can happen. I would be worry if this was mostly due to Lakers defense but at least 50 of our 3 were not heavy contested shoot. Defense was right, 1st quarter aside. Some players really suc... last night specially Rudy, Naz, DDV, Mike.. after playing well the 1st game (Rudy apart who just stop to speak on media ( i have to be dominant...blablabaa...// and refocus). ANT also was awful ball in hands. Game 3 will show if we can do it or not. I'm confident. Go Wolves!

Generally speaking MIN needs a bigman who can:

1) catch the ball (good hands and coordination)
2) rebound the ball (good hands, coordination, length and strength)
3) pass the ball (good hands and situational awareness)

From there you can develop DHO, short roll passing, passing from elbow, post game etc.

Rudy is a problem at that stage. Yes he do a good job in defense but offense is in trouble because of his limits. Let's see if he can bounce back at games 3, 4 ... that will be one of the key point. We can't expect to shoot 50% to 3 each game so Rudy have to contribute for 10/12 pts and 10/12 rebound per game.

Why is there a month off between each game. It should be one day off one day on.

I doubt it's the only reason, but it may have been at least in part due to arena scheduling, especially in LA.

25 3-pointers in Game 2 was easily the fewest 3PA for the Timberwolves all season (previous low of 28), and 5 was the fewest 3PM as well (previous low of 7). The previous low 3PA in a loss was 35. Shooting 20.0% was the second lowest all season.

With these numbers, you're talking about games like at Toronto, at Indiana, and at Portland.

Hey you guys are ok. You did what you needed to.

You just need to win the next 2. Let LeBron start to think about the off season.

It sucks waiting so long in between games, you know they picked LA for most rest in between games to benefit Legrandpa.

I think I heard last game that the Lakers shot 5-for-18 when Rudy was the primary defender.

Yes i agree. Rudy was good in defense as he almost always do but he did not offer anything on offense which is a problem for me. At least find a way to dunk 3 or 4 times, get more rebounds. For me Rudy ability to play better on this side of the court will be one of the key of the series.
