wolves are a trainwreck

Post#1 » by Greenbolt90 » Thu May 29, 2025 10:52 am

the summary of the team is basically:

-Ant & Randle have the most inconsistent motors ever, holds back the offense (and Ant doesn't know how to handle gap help. doesn't even drive and collapse)

-we totally have the personnel to be elite defensively, but Finch's dumb decisions hold back the defense (constant ball-pressure, unconditional peel-switching, switches Rudy out too much, takes Rudy out of the game too much, overemphasizes defensive glass, Jaden guarding poa)

that's basically it

last ~1.5 months of the regular season into the playoffs was such a mirage to me

we had like the 4th best net rating from march 1st to the end of the regular season, but our schedule was incredibly soft

first round we win one game because Luka was sick and another game we barely win when Ant had a total anomaly of a performance and we had an anomaly performance on the offensive glass. we were thoroughly outplayed by the lakers in games 2/3/4 before the lakers died in game 5. we should've been down 3-1

then if the warriors had Steph we probably lose that series judging by how it went without him

this team is so much more of a trainwreck then what the season result says

You think this team is a trainwreck? You must not have been around for the Kahn years.

This is obviously just a troll.
