Maybe Finch is being extra hard on the guys he actually wants to *develop*? Not letting these young guys got into the habit of making the wrong plays because he wants them to be valuable contributors long term.

There is possibly some merit to the idea you propose, but IMO it probably works with 1 or 2 players out of 10. Most players do best when given some rope and learning to play through their mistakes.

I’m not a fan of Finch’s offense or the teams lack of urgency… Howevery I think he has developed Ant, Jaden, Naz, NAW, and Vanderbilt while coaching the wolves.
