hmm this may be a pretty silly trade but im just wondering if this could work

Swift or Scene or petro plus Wally for Walker/Buckner and Green ??????(one of our 2nd's could be included)

both buckner and walker come of contract same time as wally but we get a extra roster space for this year as well as getting wally back :D

i think we already have last place and i think wally could help this team get a few more wins

for seattle it gets them a young player in green plus a good vet guard in buckner??

That's not a bad idea. As proposed, we would be the team absorbing a little salary this year and next within the 125% + $100,000 limit, which might be encouraging, and hopefully still leave us enough left for next year .. like offering them $2 mil savings next year.

The thing I think they may like about Gerald Green is that with the amazing athletic ability, he can put on a show that may draw in more attendance, and demonstrate why the Sonics should stay in SEA. Let's hope he wins the slam dunk contest again.

Would Wally want to come back? How would he be in the locker room?

I havent really heard about any problems with him in Boston or Seattle so i dont think he would cause any problems in minnesota

but i would love too have wally here for the long term as a vet ,him and mccants could be lethal on the court at the same time

"It's tough. I think the writing is on the wall here," said Szczerbiak, who has been traded twice.

Said Szczerbiak: "At this point in my career I want to win. I want to get on a team that has the opportunity to make the playoffs, not saying we can't here. We could get on a run. But a change of scenery could help that."

Trade rumors are nothing new, Szczerbiak said, and being traded to Miami and playing with Shaquille O'Neal and Dwyane Wade
