Smith has given teams fits. He deserves a spot. If they are looking at a players entire body of work then that's all the more reason why he deserves to be on there.
When luck shuts the door skill comes in through the window.

NBA is doing its best to grow its international marketshare.

Not only is Bargnani the #1 pick on a Canadian team, he won two Italian Cups for Bennetton.

I guess. I didn't really consider Europe. You're right. Damn. Craig really deserves to be there, but I see what you're saying.

If it is all about marketing, where are Brewer and Noah, the last two Final Four MVPs? Not saying Brewer should've made it over anybody on the list, but if you take out Moon, Scola, and Navarro, who are all older than the Wolves roster's average age, wouldn't you put Brewer in the three that would get in next?

I don't think Brewer was snubbed, but Craig Smith was. Andrea Bargnani has no business being in this game, but that's what being the number 1 pick gets you. It should have Smith or Boone.

Brewer doesn't bring in any new fans for the NBA's big showy All Star Weekend.
