Good stuff to hear. This part really got me thinking...

Q: On his belief that reaching the NBA Finals and beyond is within reach and on line with what has been started in Minnesota

It'll be interesting to see who gets the boot this offseason. A lot of it depends on what draft pick we end up with. For example, if we draft beasley it makes it easier to let cookie or gomes go. If we draft rose then we'd probably have to give up telfair. What sucks is i like all of our young guys and it will be hard to see any of them go.

Smith looks to be the goner. Shad, Gomes, and Bassy all have roles on this team....Shad should have an even bigger role. I've enjoyed Cookie, but I don't see him being here next year unless he signs dirt cheap.

Al Jefferson & Randy Foye wrote:To our loyal fans,

As a player, there's nothing more exciting than to win a game in front of a large, noisy home crowd! During the games when Target Center has been packed this year - like games against Phoenix and Boston - it has really gotten us pumped up. As fans, you can really help make Target Center an intimidating atmosphere for opponents. Also, playing in front of a packed house energizes us and can be a significant factor in helping us win. So, thank you for buying tickets, coming to our games and cheering us on.

As our most loyal fans, we also want you to know that we are committed to improving - both as individual players and as a team - and are excited about the potential of our team. We feel we have a good group of guys - guys who are fun to be around and are dedicated to winning. As leaders, we will do our best to help Randy Wittman keep our team headed in the right direction.

Once again, thank you for your support and we hope to see you back in Target Center next season.

Sincerely,

Al Jefferson and Randy Foye
